Each year, the Boston Bar Foundation funds programs on which thousands of individuals and families depend. Our level of support for these life changing services would not be possible without the generosity of the members of the Society of Fellows. We invite you to partner with us by becoming a member and making a pledge today.
Each pledge is a permanent gift to the Boston Bar Foundation endowment, providing a lasting and stable base of support for our work as we expand opportunities for Boston’s youth, provide critical assistance for those in need, and create a brighter future for our city.
The Boston Bar Foundation funds the full portfolio of Boston Bar Association public service programs – providing educational and career opportunities for Boston students, engaging private attorneys in pro bono service, and acting as a first responder to needs in our community – and a variety of projects and programs that empower lawyers, promote professional excellence, foster a diverse legal community and engage attorneys in informing and shaping policy and advocacy efforts.
When you join, you will receive exclusive invitations throughout the year to attend networking events and seasonal receptions. You will have the opportunity to hear from representatives of grantee organizations, public service volunteers and other inspirational speakers. Fellows are recognized on the Boston Bar Foundation website, in publications and at special events. All contributions made to the Society of Fellows are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
The Society of Fellows hosts open houses, VIP receptions, and other special events throughout the year.
The Boston Bar Foundation’s Junior Fellows Society is a special charitable giving initiative involving lawyers within the first ten years of their careers, who are committed to supporting the BBF’s work and making a difference in the lives of those in our community.
