Community Projects

The Boston Bar Foundation generously supports a number of the public service initiatives and programs that Boston Bar members participate in. Throughout the year, the programs make a meaningful impact within the Greater Boston community, making our city a better place to live.

Summer Jobs Program

For more than a decade, law firms, government agencies, nonprofits, and in-house legal departments have provided thousands of Boston-area teens with opportunities to gain valuable working experience in the legal community.

Law Day in the Schools Program

Since 1986, lawyers and judges have visited public school classrooms throughout Boston to expose young people to the legal field.

Financial Literacy Program

Since 2005, the Financial Literacy Program has provided high school students with the tools and information to make wise financial decisions.
