Each year, the Boston Bar Foundation raises funds through these signature events to support essential charitable activities.

  • Passport to Pairings

Join the BBF on June 25th for a trip around the world where you will explore pairings of gourmet cuisine and signature drinks, while learning about how the BBF pairs with the BBA to fund the BBA’s portfolio of public service programs. This event brings together hundreds of guests, from leaders of the bar to summer associates, for a relaxed culinary event featuring gourmet cuisine, signature drinks, live jazz and more. 100% of the proceeds from this event help fund Boston Bar Association Public Service programs.

  • Society of Fellows Events

Join the Boston Bar Foundation Society of Fellows to celebrate the arrival of spring with an evening of cocktails, appetizers and socializing with friends and colleagues for the Spring Reception. The event will take place on Thursday, April 16th at 5:30 at 16 Beacon Street. Celebrate the Society of fellows and learn more about what the BBF is doing this year. Please note, this event is only open to members of the Society of Fellows and invited guests.

  • Casino Night

Thank you for joining us for the 6th Annual Casino Night for Summer Jobs fundraiser. 200 people were on hand to 'bet the house' on the next generation of Boston's workforce! A great time was had by all - eating, drinking, playing and catching up with friends - all to support jobs for our city's deserving high school students. 20 companies demonstrated their commitment to Boston's youth through sponsorship of the event, contributing over $23,000 to the BBF (enough to put 6 teens to work this summer). Between sponsors, ticket sales and our silent auction the BBF raised nearly $35,000 to support the Summer Jobs program, and put 15 students to work this summer!  100% of the proceeds from Casino Night will go to the M. Ellen Carpenter Fund for Summer Jobs, which funds paid summer internships for Boston Public School Students at area non-profits, government offices and the courts through the BBA Summer Jobs Program.

  • Late Night at the Museum

Thank you for attending the first ever Late Night at the Museum!  We were happy to welcome law students and new lawyers to the event and excited that so many guests stayed and joined in on the fun, for this special late night addition to the Adams Benefit. 100% of the proceeds from this event are used for direct grants to legal services organizations in our community. Without the generosity of our sponsors, donors and guests, none of this would be possible. We hope to see you all next year!

  • John & Abigail Adams Benefit

On Saturday, January 31st over 1,000 members of Boston's legal community came together at the Museum of Fine Arts to change the lives of thousands of Boston residents in need. Raising over $650,000, this year's Adams Benefit will help fund community non-profits working to prevent homelessness, protect victims of domestic violence, advocate for those facing injustice and much more.

Without the generosity of our sponsors, donors and guests, none of this would be possible. This event is the area's largest fundraiser for legal services, and 100% of proceeds will be used to fund direct grants for these hard working organizations.
